This is my latest photo diary, describing a truly memorable 12-day trip through the Republic of Georgia, a small country that is fast turning into a go-to travel destination.

In my humble opinion, the book looks particularly good on an iPad or other Mac device. Get it here:

Well I'm biased but I think this book is totally gorgeous and the perfect reminder of both the country and the trip.
Every new blog of interest I find these days -- including this one -- always seems to be no longer updated. The internet gets bigger and bigger, but somehow the content gets increasingly boring. I'm sorry to have missed when this blog was active. Anyway, thank you for your very clear explanation of how to pronounce "ch" in German -- a Google search for that led me here!
@anonymous: There are reasons why this happens--very few people pursue life-long endeavors; that is to say, projects come to an end. In my own case, it was a combination of factors. I had run out of ideas for the Word-of-the-Month feature, which was the one thread that kept the blog alive. And I was getting fewer and fewer responses as all of my friends had moved to Face Book as their preferred social medium. I regret this latter development in particular because the sometimes interesting ideas we share will remain hidden to search engines.
Be this as it may, the article on how to pronounce "ch" in German is the most successful piece I ever published--it's still getting 1000+ hits/month, which I find impressive for a personal blog like mine.
